Attorney Wise is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Suffolk University School of Law.  He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1983, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Mr. Wise brings a business perspective to his practice of the law having spent many years in management and as the owner of several businesses.  Until recently, he was a founding partner of Roach & Wise LLP established in 1994. Prior to that, Mr. Wise was President and CEO of an aviation services holding company; General Counsel and Vice President of Management Services of a health care management and consulting company; Technical and Administrative Consultant for a large insurance company; a Consultant to physician group practices; and Manager of Information and Development for a medical billing company.
